Probably we can start to generate a list of Internet related events in Europe where we try to distribute information about the plan of an EU-RALO and advertise ALS membership. The next ICANN meeting in Europe is in March 2007. This seems to me a realistic timeline to organize a founding meeting. The Wellington meeting should be used t agree on a workplan from March 2006 to March 2007 with concrete milestones in between.
